All new machinery come with manufacturers warranties which vary depending on the manufacturer.

In most cases Belle Vue Garden Machinery will undertake the warranty work themselves where warranty work has been granted by the manufacturer. 

Refund of products come solely from the manufacturer but Belle Vue Garden Machinery will assist in any way possible to get you a positive refund where practicably possible.

 All refunds will be given to the customer after a successful application.

If a warranty application is unsuccessful then it is out of Belle Vue Garden Machinery's hands but you may want to send an appeal directly to the manufacturer should you wish to.
