All sales are made between the customer and Belle Vue Garden Machinery where the named customer will be the sole contact.

A 20% deposit is required when machinery, fuel or accessories need to be ordered in.

The customer will be notified as soon as the item arrives and has been quality checked. The balance must be paid no more than 14 days after the customer has been notified of its arrival. Failure to pay the balance will automatically return the product into the sole ownership of belle Vue Garden Machinery and the deposit will not be refunded.

Some machinery may be unavailable at the time of ordering. If this is the case Belle Vue Garden Machinery will make every effort to purchase the items as quickly as possibly.

Services and repairs will be carried out to Belle Vue Garden Machineries usual high standard and on completion the customer will be notifies by phone, text or email. if the machine is not collected after a period of 4 weeks from completion then Belle Vue Garden Machinery hold the right to sell the machine to cover the cost of the service/ repair.
